5+ years Pega v8+ development experience Strong individual contributor Self-starter, can manage their work with minimal hand-holding Proven experience in Pega development, including Pega PRPC and Pega BPM. Strong understanding of Pega rules, data model, and application architecture. experience with Pega frameworks (e.g., Customer Service, Smart Dispute) is a plus. Proficient in Java, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
