WoT Blitz , an online mobile shooter with tens of millions of installs, is looking for a passionate gamer and skilled communicator to join our team. Step into the role of managing our esports community – organizing tournaments and seasonal esports events, and other competitive activities that bring together players from around the world. Reports to Publishing Producer
What will you do?
Communication with highly active and skilled community members: gather and analyze player feedback to help improve the game, ensuring clear information flow, strong engagement, and lasting brand loyalty
Creation and management of tournaments and other skill‑based in‑game activities: plan, organize, and oversee competitive events that highlight player mastery and drive community excitement
In‑game and publishing activities management: from concept to execution, coordinate initiatives that enhance in‑game monetization, player retention, and media reach
Analytics: dive deep into performance metrics to assess product perception and identify opportunities for growth
What are we looking for?
Fluency in English: C1 level in both oral and written communication
Experience: bring at least 1.5+ years as a community manager, esports manager or project manager
Competition: you understand the core principles of tournament systems and have a strong sense of fair play
Gaming passion: your enthusiasm and experience in gaming are crucial
Communication mastery: your excellent communication skills will be put to great use
Project management: your skills in managing projects will be key
Analytic mind: your ability to analyze will guide us forward
What additional skills will help you stand out?
Gaming experience in Wargaming titles is a significant advantage
Proficiency with community platforms: strong working knowledge of Discord (including moderation tools, bots, and server management) and other social or communication platforms commonly used in gaming communities
Work mode
Hybrid (2‑3 days of work from the office)
