Provide support for Disability Support Services. Assist in the implementation of procedures and processes for students with disabilities. Coordinate and organize Disability Support Services calendars and appointments.
Job Duties
Maintain a high quality of confidentiality regarding student documentation/disability.
Data entry of Disability Support Services documents into in-house database.
Maintain database aimed at documenting relevant information for reporting purposes.
Manage, organize and update the filing system, including document imaging.
Assist students as directed with registration and accommodation request process.
Update and manage student intake packets and other Disability Support Services literature.
Assemble and distribute Disability Services Provider materials as requested; process Service Provider logs, enter data into spreadsheet for tracking and billing purposes.
Assist students who are approved for specialized equipment / assistive technology.
Education and Experience
Associate's degree in Office Administration or related field.
Two years related experience required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Access Database, word processing, databases and spreadsheets, and excellent interpersonal communication.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
