Network/Systems Administrator (Clearance Required)
Whiteboard Federal is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide mission‑critical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and system engineering personnel to document, coordinate, and communicate releases. Primary Responsibilities
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures. Maintain cloud/on‑prem hybrid architectures. Provide day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Configure and manage operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows). Managing security and policies. Troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Perform moderately complex network designs using existing technology. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes‑based scalable architectures. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated professional experience in supporting IT environments. Hands‑on experience using scripting for task automation, data transfer, etc. Monitor application and operating system performance; analyze, document and remediate incidents. Seniority Level
