Hourly Pay Rate:
$24.00 – $38.29 based on experience
As a vital member of our surgical team, you’ll support procedures from start to finish—ensuring safety, precision, and seamless workflow in every case.
What You’ll Do
Lead with expertise: Prepare and scrub for a wide range of surgical procedures, anticipating surgeon needs.
Maintain excellence: Uphold a sterile, safe, and organized operating room environment.
Master advanced equipment: Assemble, operate, and maintain specialized OR technology, including surgical drills and sterilization systems.
Protect patients: Monitor sterilizers and ensure strict adherence to infection prevention standards.
Collaborate with purpose: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications – Entry Level
High school diploma or GED
Graduation from a vocational Surgical Technician/Technologist program or three (3) years of on”‘the”‘job training
BLS certification (AHA) within three months of hire
Strong communication skills and specialized operating room knowledge
Ability to respond quickly and prepare instruments efficiently
Qualifications – Experienced Level
High school diploma or GED
Completion of a vocational Surgical Technician/Technologist program or three (3) years of on”‘the”‘job training
Minimum one (1) year of progressively responsible surgical tech experience in multi”‘specialty complex cases
Preferred: 3–5 years of diverse surgical specialty experience
Required certification: CST or TS”‘C
BLS certification (AHA) within three months of hire
Ability to mentor others and lead within the OR environment
