What are your contributions to the team?
Provide support to Quality management team on key initiatives and strategic decisions
Develop and propose project framework and organizational structures to improve team efficiency
Responsible for monthly master plan reviews
Collaborate in the development key projects planning and execution
Lead strategic initiatives
Maintain governance calendar, solicit input and prepare presentation material for senior leadership reviews
Manage site quality purchase requisitions
Develop and manage electronic platform initiatives such as a quality dashboard, master plans and actions tracking, Power BI reports, etc.
How to thrive in this role?
You have at least (5) years of experience in the aviation industry or in a highly regulated field
You hold a degree in the field of engineering, management or any other relevant field or experience.
You can work under pressure and manage several priorities at once.
You have experience in project co‑ordination, management and administration and are knowledgeable in project management tools and techniques
You are knowledgeable in the use of software programs and IT tools and database structures (Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).
You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
You are highly organized and have keen attention to detail
You have strong oral and written communication skills
You have excellent interpersonal skills
You can coordinate and present reviews to management
You are proficient in MS Office suite (O365 environment)
You are a good team player and highly reliable
You have a clear drive for results
