Duval Ford-Fleet Department is seeking Inventory Specialists. Duval Fleet is proud to serve the complete vehicle needs of government agencies throughout the state of Florida and across the country.
As an Inventory Specialist will be responsible for preparing vehicles for upfit and delivery.
Essential duties include:
Lot Arrangement and logistics.
Dressing of the vehicles.
Pre-Delivery Inspection Logistics.
Manuals and Key Management.
Vendor logistics.
Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
Refers to service history, inspects vehicle and recommends additional needed service.
Ensures that vehicles are parked in assigned areas. Makes sure they are locked and all keys are marked and stored correctly.
All applicants are required to demonstrate the ability to pass all pre-employment testing to include: background checks, motor vehicle check and pre-employment drug test and be able to present a valid driver's license.
