Our client is seeking a SAP Process Specialist to join their team. As a SAP Process Specialist, you will be part of the Operations and Data Management teams supporting cross‑functional collaboration and data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
SAP Process Specialist Location: Racine, Wisconsin – Onsite HOURS: 20 hours per week, could have opportunities to move to 40 or pick up extra hours Duration: 6+ months (with possible extension) What's the Job?
Coordinate and manage the setup and maintenance of Customer Master Data within SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with governance rules.
Collaborate with sales, planning, and consulting teams to facilitate new pricing and special pack projects.
Review and validate new finished goods creation requests, including assigning UPC codes and attaching relevant art files in SAP PLM.
Partner with IT and shared services to develop and implement data discontinuation and obsolescence strategies.
Support the coordination of special pack activities between teams, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and validation.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Accounting, Logistics, or related disciplines.
2+ years of experience working with ERP systems, particularly in customer/vendor data, product data, or project management.
Experience maintaining user documentation and tracking logs for data management processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with cloud systems and help ticket platforms is a plus.
