EverGreene Manufacturing
EverGreene Manufacturing is hiring a Recruiter (Shared Services) to support four operating companies and the holding company within a growing manufacturing platform. This role is responsible for building a consistent, data-driven, and people-centric recruiting engine that delivers Right People in the Right Seats—faster, better, and at lower cost.
Success in this role requires someone who operates with low ego, a strong growth mindset, and a commitment to relentless excellence—someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, and continuously raises the bar for how recruiting supports the business.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple operating companies (hourly, professional, and leadership roles)
Proactively source and attract talent aligned to role requirements, business needs, and core values
Build and maintain active talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill and dependency on agencies
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and deliver a high-quality, respectful candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers with humility and confidence—advising, challenging, and supporting without ego
Track and report recruiting metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly
Continuously improve recruiting processes to ensure they are followed-by-all across the organization, while seeking better, faster, and more effective ways to operate
Experience
3–7 years of recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or blended)
Experience supporting multiple business units or a shared-services model preferred
Exposure to manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments is a plus
Traits and Working Style
Low ego: collaborates easily, takes feedback well, and puts team and company success above personal credit
Growth mindset: continuously learning, experimenting, and improving sourcing strategies, processes, and outcomes
Relentless excellence: follows through, closes loops, and holds a high bar for quality, responsiveness, and results
Strong communicator; clear, responsive, and professional
Process-oriented and comfortable documenting and standardizing workflows
Data-driven; uses metrics to diagnose problems and improve results
Adaptable and organized; able to manage multiple pipelines and shifting priorities
