Qualifying Questions

Responsibilities

Use and interpret drawings, inspection manuals, specifications, shop math, precision measuring instruments, and specialized inspection tools/equipment.

Work in accordance with QMS policies and procedures.

Apply working knowledge of company policies, procedures and specifications.

Maintain an overall understanding of production processes.

Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.

Utilize computing skills to support inspection tasks.

Maintain required certifications.

Follow inspection (shop) procedures to accept or reject processes, parts, and assemblies.

Verify qualification status of tools.

Prepare and maintain accurate quality records.

Perform work across equivalent or lower-level inspector job codes as needed.

Requirements

Consistent and punctual attendance.

Ability to obtain and maintain all required training and certifications.

Availability to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).

Ability to support periods of heavy overtime.

5 years

of aerospace airframe assembly inspection experience.

Proficiency in blueprint reading.

Experience using

MS Office

and

SAP .

Experience writing

NCRs (Tags) .

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications

Additional SAP experience.

Previous

Boeing

experience.

Experience with

737 Airframe/Fuselage .
