About the Role This is not a legal position. It is a sales‑and intake‑focused role for someone who is personable, organized, and confident speaking with people in high‑stress situations. You will handle incoming calls and inquiries, conduct structured intakes, explain our firm’s services, and help qualified clients take the next step toward hiring the firm. You will also be responsible for consistent follow‑up with leads to ensure no opportunities are missed. This position is in‑office to ensure responsiveness and coordination with attorneys handling urgent court matters.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and referrals.
Conduct structured intake conversations to gather relevant information and qualify potential clients.
Build rapport, listen empathetically, and explain how the firm can help.
Schedule consultations and, when appropriate, conduct initial intake consultations using firm scripts and guidelines.
Close retainers by clearly explaining next steps, addressing questions or objections, and securing commitments.
Follow up with unconverted leads via phone, text, and email.
Accurately track all leads and activity in the firm’s CRM (Lawmatics).
Meet or exceed monthly intake and conversion goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous legal experience highly valued.
Familiarity with case management and CRM systems is a bonus.
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy.
Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency.
Compensation $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
