Build Something Bigger — And Change Lives, Including Your Own. In 1935, Louise Whitbeck Fraser opened a school in her home for people with disabilities — defying social expectations and choosing compassion over convention. We’re still building something bigger — a more inclusive, connected world where everyone belongs. At Fraser, you’ll find more than a job. You’ll find purpose. You’ll find growth. And you’ll find a place where your work changes lives — including your own.
