Branch Manager – Walnut Ave. Branch
Regions Bank is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and coach a high‑performing team focused on customers’ financial wellness. The role requires strong sales leadership, operational oversight, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a small team of branch associates to generate new revenue and expand customer relationships.
Conduct outside sales efforts to bring in new business clients while maintaining and growing existing consumer and business banking relationships.
Educate associates, customers, and the community about financial wellness, emerging banking technology and digital solutions.
Coach and develop associates through the iConnect sales, service and coaching process.
Provide coaching and guidance to strengthen product knowledge and identify customer needs.
Advise customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans, deposits, annuities and life insurance.
Ensure a consistent optimal customer experience, handling transactions and greeting customers as needed.
Resolve escalated customer and associate issues, partnering with senior leadership and HR.
Manage recruiting and selection for the branch.
Maintain relationships with Line of Business partners and refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
Follow all bank policies, procedures, internal audit requirements and applicable laws; ensure associates complete delegated operational risk duties.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Two (2) years of financial services, sales, or sales management experience.
Expected to obtain an active Life Insurance License within the first twelve (12) months and maintain continuing education requirements.
Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
College degree.
Life Insurance License.
Supervisory experience within the financial services industry.
Five (5) years of banking and/or lending experience.
Five (5) years of relationship‑based client consultation experience.
Skills & Competencies

Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Provide effective feedback and guidance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
Compensation Pay ranges are job‑specific and provided as a market reference. The target salary for this position is $53,943.42 USD, with a median of $71,079.00 USD. Incentive pay is available through commission and a formulaic incentive plan based on performance metrics.
