IQVIA, in partnership with Janssen Biotech, Inc. is recruiting for a CAR‑T Cell Therapy Experience Lead (CTEL) based in the Central portion of the United States covering Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan, with the majority of business focused in the Chicago area.

Job Description At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, we are raising the bar on customer experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The CTEL team supports the activated treatment centers and the treatment center coordinators who care for cancer patients. The CAR‑T Cell Therapy Experience Lead is a member of this account management team, reporting to the Senior Manager, CAR‑T Cell Therapy Experience Lead. The role serves as the primary field‑based point of contact for a portfolio of certified CARVYKTI® Treatment Centers, working closely with treatment center stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies and maximize opportunities for the appropriate patients to access CARVYKTI®.

A Day in the Life For certified treatment centers, the CAR‑T Cell Therapy Experience Lead is the single point of contact for all items related to operations for their CARVYKTI® program. You will triage day‑to‑day logistics and issue resolution and advise on opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency, providing operational education. You will work closely with a matrix team consisting of sales, order specialists, medical, field reimbursement, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.

Detailed Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

Serve as a lateral leader with multiple teams for operational account management, addressing site‑specific issues and pursuing improvement opportunities for CARVYKTI® order management/logistics, including site expansion opportunities.

Convey clinical efficacy and safety information, along with commercial operations messages, to drive CARVYKTI growth.

Serve as your assigned sites’ subject matter expert for CAR‑T operations and logistics, providing counsel on topics ranging from CARVYKTI technology utilization to process optimization.

Effectively align cross‑functional partners through regular participation in matrix calls, bringing the best possible outcomes for patients and customers.

Facilitate education engagements aimed at ongoing improvement of CAR‑T operations/logistics and CARVYKTI® order management systems, including CAR‑T value information.

Proactively advise the treatment facility on opportunities to improve utilization and efficiency around the CARVYKTI® therapy through data analysis and insight gathering.

Qualifications Education and work experience.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Experience in at least one of the following areas: Field Sales/Sales Leadership, Large Account Management (KAM/KAS), Program administration for Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant/CAR‑T/Infusion Site or Cell & Gene therapy Treatment Center/Site of Care Certification and Activation, RN license or Advanced Practice degree (NP/PA/PharmD/MSN).

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including conflict resolution.

Strong relationship building and project/process management skills.

Collaboration, resourcefulness, accountability, flexibility, and a sense of urgency.

Travel Position covers Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan with up to 50% domestic travel, including overnight stays. Candidates should live within 1.5 hours of a major metro airport in the stated geography.

Compensation The potential base pay range for this role is $150,000–$162,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on qualifications, location, schedule, incentive plans, bonuses, and benefits.
