Job Description Allied Universal is hiring a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will be dedicated to supporting the Technology Services business unit, managing full‑cycle recruiting efforts for technicians, project managers, engineers, and leadership positions. The candidate is ideally located near one of our hub offices – Atlanta, GA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Kennesaw, GA; Pensacola, FL; Dallas, TX – and is expected to work in the office at least 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and other sourcing channels, including community‑based organizations, to drive applicant flow and develop strong talent pipelines, leveraging innovative strategies and market analysis.
Collaborate with senior and line management to understand job responsibilities, define successful candidate profiles, and provide expert advice on recruiting strategy, salary ranges, and role requirements.
Manage requisitions by reviewing applications, assessing qualifications, and determining which candidates can advance in the selection process.
Manage and facilitate video interviews, providing thoroughly screened candidate information to the hiring team.
Organize and schedule interviews, lead discussions on interview feedback and selection decisions, seeking input and adjusting criteria as needed.
Ensure the candidate selection process meets quality, compliance, and engagement standards, inspiring confidence in the company brand.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to identify, capture and report on creative sourcing techniques and trends.
Work with managers to evaluate employee retention and adjust minimum qualifications to improve success rates.
Candidate Experience and Business Partnerships
Promote and deliver a world‑class candidate experience, ensuring seamless engagement from outreach to new hire start date.
Extend verbal offers, manage negotiations, and coordinate with Human Resources to confirm all pre‑hire requirements are met before the targeted start date.
Properly disposition candidates during the application process, including status updates on interviews, conditional offers, or rejections.
Lead weekly regional recruiting meetings to align talent pipelines and hiring manager feedback.
Qualifications (Must Have)
Must possess one or more of the following: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or related field; Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of three (3) years of HR/recruiting experience; or High School diploma/equivalent plus a minimum of five (5) years of HR/recruiting experience.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in each of the following areas: full‑cycle, exempt‑level recruiting; and sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar.
Experience in the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, applying legal parameters, job analysis, wage and salary trend analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably iCIMS.
Highly resourceful, utilizing technology and social media to source candidates; use of competitor employee lists, online networking, and other web resources.
Polished written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, team, or candidate audiences.
Ability to create collaborative consultative relationships with hiring managers and maintain high service delivery.
Dedicated to the candidate experience, recruiting passive job seekers, and communicating the organization’s value proposition.
Strong initiative and judgment to provide coaching, manage candidates, and influence hiring managers.
Demonstrated accountability for individual and team performance in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Recruiting or sourcing certification (e.g., AIRS CIR).
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary and annual bonus opportunity.
Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
Vacation time accrues at 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation is paid out only where required by law.
