What You’ll Do
Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, compliance, and employee support
Partner with leadership on employee relations and retention initiatives
Maintain accurate personnel records and assist with training coordination

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of HR experience (healthcare or LTC/SNF preferred, but not required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities and a positive, team‑oriented mindset
