Manager, Information Security Architecture
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Information Security Architecture to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise‑wide security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of enterprise security architecture strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps.
Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure solutions across cloud and on‑premises environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to global, interdisciplinary security teams.
Evaluate and recommend security technologies to mitigate risk and support business objectives.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure security requirements are integrated into solution design and delivery.
Establish and maintain security architecture documentation, standards, and best practices aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and other frameworks.
Monitor and assess emerging cybersecurity trends and threats, ensuring proactive defense strategies.
Partner with internal audit, compliance, and risk management teams to maintain regulatory and policy adherence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen enterprise security posture.
Represent the security organization in executive discussions and external engagements as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven expertise in information security architecture with hands‑on experience designing and managing a wide range of security technologies.
Leadership experience guiding diverse, global teams with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
In‑depth understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proven ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.
Industry‑recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across business and technical domains.
Experience developing and implementing enterprise‑level security strategies that balance risk and innovation.
