A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to manage a portfolio of litigation matters and provide legal guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage litigation matters, including attending court hearings and trials
Provide legal advice to clients and review the work of Paralegals and Case Management Assistants
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters
Required Qualifications and Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Experience in litigation and court proceedings
Ability to manage and mentor junior staff members
Commitment to ethical practices and professional development
