We are searching for a highly analytical applicant who is capable of working full‑time and possesses strong negotiation and organizational abilities to join our growing firm as an estate planning attorney. You will create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for clients and their families and educate them on matters of insurance and powers of attorney. To guarantee that an estate is managed in accordance with the estate owner's intentions, this role demands a high degree of responsibility. Responsibilities

Discuss plans with clients for distributing clients’ assets

Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action

Keep client files properly organized and up to date

Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents

Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Loving Your Job)

Be a key member of our legal team.

Consult with prospective clients and lead them through our proprietary Estate Planning Processes.

Provide expert legal advice and deliver superior Estate Planning and Asset Protection work products.

Research, design, and create customized Trust provisions.

No contested or litigated matters!

Qualifications

Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, property management, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation

Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations

Active member of the ABA (American Bar Association)

Experience at a legal firm working on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years

4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position

Juris Doctor of Law (JD) and active Colorado Bar license

Two or more years of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Trust Administration experienceDemonstrated ability to hit the ground running and take initiative in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented firm

Compensation $105,000 - $130,000 per year
