Our client, Chandra Technologies, Inc., is seeking an Evergreen Deployment Technician to complete hardware refreshes (computers and peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project. The work will be completed onsite.
Responsibilities
Transport and store computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly).
Image computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM.
Schedule computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow.
Complete computer refreshes, reclaim and transport old computers, and document inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
Provide professional appearance and excellent customer service at each end‑user’s desk.
Travel to various county buildings in a county vehicle driven by a full‑time employee.
Required Skills
Experience with large‑scale deployments (≈ 1 000 per year or similar).
Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs).
Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM.
Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow.
Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
Desired Skills
Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro.
Experience with Apple iPhone deployment.
