You have 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture with a proven track record of building production‑ready AI systems that people actually use
You have 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges and love the mentorship aspect of senior roles
You possess deep understanding of modern AI architectures and get excited about designing systems that can adapt to whatever breakthrough comes next
You have hands‑on experience with the latest AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices—and you're always experimenting with what's emerging
You thrive on variety and get energized by jumping between different technical domains, industries, and problem types
You bring a builder's mindset with exceptional problem‑solving abilities and can communicate complex ideas to both technical and business stakeholders
