Role Overview: A hybrid Associate, HR Generalist and HR Project Manager who partners with the People Advisory & Culture team and HRBP squad to develop, influence, and execute people programs across all practice areas. The role toggles between traditional HRBP responsibilities and project management for critical people projects. The ideal candidate is hungry, creative, detail‑oriented, and eager to make their mark on all things people related.

Location: New York, City – hybrid role with up to 2 days remote per week. Must be local. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Take a data-driven approach to deliver our ambitious people agenda and support growth strategy.

Project manage and support on all people-related areas: performance management, learning & development, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, organizational development & scaling, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.

Build and foster trusting partnerships, acting as a single point of contact for senior leaders, people managers, and employees across the employee lifecycle.

Assume tactical People Business Partner responsibilities for several Practice Areas and serve as a strategic advisor delivering key people priorities aligned to business strategy.

Analyze trends and metrics within the people team to inform people strategy.

Be agile and results-oriented, contributing seamlessly to projects and working cross‑functionally.

Qualifications

3+ years progressive HR Business Partner experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience in consulting, finance or private equity.

Proven ability to partner and influence senior leaders.

Act as an ambassador of our core values.

Experience in a high-growth environment.

Strong project management, communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to develop and manage project and resource plans.

Broad knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, learning and performance management.

The annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 USD, plus benefits and bonus. Compensation packages are determined by factors such as geographic location, skill set, experience, education, certifications, and internal equity.
