Call Center Representative - Customer Service & Collections

About the Role Join a dynamic call center team where you'll handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and support clients with payment processing and account management. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily and manage 15-30 inbound calls.
Verify client identity and ensure accurate account information.
Explain financing terms, payment schedules, and account details clearly.
Assist clients in setting up payment methods and resolving account issues.
Perform collections calls for late payments and process adjustments.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
Qualifications
1+ year experience in a call center, customer service, or office environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to type accurately and maintain attention to detail.
High School diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
Proven work ethic and job stability in previous roles.
Schedule
Permanent:
Mon-Thu 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Fri 8:00 AM-2:30 PM
Overtime:
1 Saturday every 1-1.5 months
