Review resumes to assess fit Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with summaries Schedule interviews and coordinate with teams Hiring Manager Collaboration
Gather job requirements and clarify must-have vs. nice-to-have skills Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines Advise on compensation benchmarks and market availability Candidate Experience
Communicate status updates quickly and professionally Prepare candidates for interviews Follow up and close candidates at offer stage Data & Compliance
Maintain accurate records in ATS Ensure compliance with EEOC and hiring policies Offer Coordination
Support offer creation, negotiation, and acceptance
