Responsibilities Cintasis seeks a Service Manager to manage our customer-facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing overall team performance; fostering a safe working environment; resolving customer issues; training staff on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining high satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals; managing budgets and operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone as needed, assisting with pick‑up and delivery of products or services; driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying, and walking Cintas products while providing world‑class service and goodwill to customers; and performing managerial duties.

Skills / Qualifications Required

Valid driver's license

High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Preferred

Experience in industrial sales or customer service

Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Compensation A reasonable estimate of base salary ranges between $82,960 – $110,314/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. Bonus is based on individual performance, location, division, and/or company. The range considers skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range.
