Requirements
3 years experience as a Cram Developer with full life cycle experience from requirements through functional design and testing. 3 years experience in development with both the Cram Enterprise Framework and Cram Solution Modules. 3 years experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues. 3 years experience translating and communicating highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. 3 years experience creating and writing technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to develop relationships and partnerships with customers by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency, independently identifying options. Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. Experience using the Cram Enterprise Framework Components, Cram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and Cram Express Rules for Triage (CERT). 3 years technical knowledge in Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL. 3 years technical knowledge in Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards SOAP and WSDL. 3 years experience with Oracle database platforms and tools. Highly Desired
Experience with state government IT functions. Experience using Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA. 3 years experience with the Curam Child Care Module. Experience with Curam Web Services.
