What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive strategic sales initiatives within an assigned territory, identifying and closing new business opportunities

Establish and manage long-term goals and execute a territory plan focused on Agiliti Surgical Services

Adapt sales processes to align with customer needs while effectively communicating the value of services offered

Maintain and develop relationships with external customers, including healthcare professionals and facility personnel

Conduct business reviews and leverage resources to optimize sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing

Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales or related experience

Operating Room knowledge and medical device sales experience

Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record

Availability to travel up to 50%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working in a team-based selling environment

Previous experience selling services in the healthcare sector

Strong understanding of hospital finance, reimbursement, regulatory, and safety practices

Familiarity with Sales Incentive Plans and budget management
