Full Stack Developer
Join CAI, a global technology services firm, as a Full Stack Developer to build modern, cloud‑ solutions that impact millions of guests. This role is a direct‑employment contract based onsite in Miramar, FL. No work‑authorization sponsorship is offered.
Responsibilities
Participate in the design and delivery of custom‑developed full‑stack solutions from concept through production.
Develop with Node.js, Next.js, React, Java, and modern database technologies (SQL Server, Couchbase).
Build for scalability, resiliency, and performance at enterprise grade.
Contribute to testing and test automation with Playwright and Jira X‑ray.
Leverage AI to improve code quality and development efficiency.
Follow development standards for design, frameworks, and code.
Integrate DevOps and automation into the development process.
Deliver well‑structured documentation for deliverables.
Qualifications
4–6+ years of software engineering experience.
Expertise in React and Java (v8 or newer) with enterprise‑scale full‑stack development.
Experience building custom, proprietary products from scratch.
Proven success designing microservices and cloud‑native architectures on AWS or Azure.
Experience with automated testing, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience optimizing AI tools that support development, code reviews, and testing workflows.
Ownership mindset, accountability, and strong business acumen.
Collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal skills to mentor, influence, and lead across disciplines.
Preferred
Experience with streaming platforms and TV solutions/applications.
Physical Demands
Ability to perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA standards.
Sedentary work with occasional movement around the office.
Repetitive computer tasks using mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

Pay:
