Job Description Position: Leasing Specialist for Cardiff Hall and Stevenson Lane – Towson, Maryland
Role Overview As a Leasing Specialist for Cardiff Hall and Stevenson Lane, you will work at a fast pace to lease apartment homes in a very competitive market. In addition, you will deliver after‑sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents. These communities are very close in proximity and work together on a regular basis.
Most Important Responsibilities
Lease as many apartments as possible, while providing exceptional customer service to our current residents.
Follow up on leads to convert traffic/prospects into new residents.
Think of creative ways to generate more leads.
Assist with lease renewals and delinquency management.
Understand and articulate the features of this community and the benefits to living there.
Build and manage relationships with coworkers, prospects, current residents, local businesses, vendors, etc.
Collaborate with your team. Understand the unique needs of prospects and residents to determine the best solution.
De‑escalate situations in a professional, service‑oriented manner.
Most Important Qualifications
Leasing experience a plus, or related field/industry (i.e. hospitality)
Must be willing to work some rotating Saturday hours, still enjoy 40 hours per week
Your own vehicle and valid driver's license a must
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Quick on your feet with a strong work ethic.
