Senior Associate – Responsibilities
Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, supplementing standard assessment techniques with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations.
Assist with workstreams or focus areas within the Integration Management Office (IMO) – Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, Executive Reporting, Integration Roadmap, Communications, Organizational Design.
Plan and execute Day 1 and Day 100 activities: Strategic planning, Operational optimization & consolidation, Back‑office consolidation, Supply chain, IT/reporting integration, Customer & channel management.
Drive performance‑improvement assessments, implement recommendations, and track progress against Day 1 and Day 100 objectives, adjusting strategies or personnel as required.
Qualifications
4‑6+ years of professional consulting experience, specializing in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
Experience in integration planning and divestitures a plus.
Deep functional expertise in at least one area: Finance & Accounting, HR / Organizational Design, Role & Job Analysis, Leadership & Stakeholder Involvement, Communications planning & management, Knowledge Management, revenue & profitability growth initiatives, Program management.
MBA preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, critical thinking, flexibility to travel at least 75 % of the time.

Full‑time positions (30 + hours) entitle employees to healthcare, flexible spending, life, AD&D, disability, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off (vacation, personal days, sick time, holidays, floating holiday, parental leave). Salary range: $100k–$170k annually plus discretionary bonus.
