As part of a mission‑centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization, this role is responsible for directly Driving revenue by building virtual relationships with fundraising volunteers for peer‑to‑peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) mission.
***MUST be able to work Mon – Thurs 2pm‑9pm CT or PT, and have weekend availability***
Accountabilities
Recruit participants through call‑based outreach for Light The Night, Big Climb, and Team In Training
Support fundraising efforts for mass participation campaigns (such as Light The Night) by conducting targeted live call outreach to drive towards a set revenue goal
Support revenue‑based initiatives for national call campaigns through live calls/outreach
Manage multiple markets for Of The Year
Responsible for assigned peer‑to‑peer fundraising teams to achieve overall revenue goals
Work in conjunction with market‑based Campaign Manager or Director to ensure alignment with market goals and transparency
Provide impact by having a direct revenue impact of $1,000,000+ between Of The Year Team Member management and recruitment support for other campaigns
Follow‑up, track and record engagement of constituents
Implement revenue strategies according to respective playbook
Collaborate with local Campaign Development team
Support additional mass communication based efforts including live calls, text blasts, and more based on needs of campaigns
Perform other related duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
1+ year of related peer‑to‑peer fundraising experience
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Some weekend & evening work required
Minimal travel as required for national or department meetings
Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations

We are excited to share the base pay range for this non‑exempt, hourly paid position is $26/hr ($47K) to $28/hr ($50K). The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Blood Cancer United we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members.
Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
