At Coldstream, one of our Bellevue teams is looking to add a Wealth Manager (advisor) who will contribute to continued growth through business development activities and providing exceptional service to existing client families.

The ideal candidate will have broad and deep experience counselling high-net-worth families regarding their entire financial situation, including sophisticated long-term financial planning, investments, estate, tax and cash flow planning, and philanthropic guidance.
Your Contributions:
Client relationship development and management : initiating frequent client communication; meeting facilitation, presentation, and education; consulting with clients' other advisors
Business development : developing leads and referrals; meeting with prospective clients to present proposals; representing the firm at industry events and in the community
Financial planning : working with clients to create financial plans and coordinate their entire financial situation, including estate planning and tax planning
Investment management : in conjunction with the team's Portfolio Manager, establishing and planning for each client's goals, objectives, risk tolerance, and cash requirements; monitoring asset allocation and rebalancing needs; creating and implementing investment plans
Your Qualifications:
5-10+ years of experience in financial advisory services, including managing, identifying, building, and developing client relationships
CFP and 3+ years of experience producing and presenting financial plans
A Bachelor's degree
Superior communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation)
Entrepreneurial focus with a strong work ethic
The desire to provide outstanding, proactive client service in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, portfolio management, and financial planning software (Salesforce, Tamarac, and eMoney are preferred)

In terms of pay expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team. Starting base salary ranges from $200-250k plus meaningful incentive pay
