Responsibilities
Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
Manage facilitation of required documentation for the purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Qualifications
Applicants should have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree desired
Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
VA Real Estate License: must have or be willing to obtain a Virginia real estate license
Compensation Compensation: $100,000+ potential at plan
