What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Perform daily bank activities including ACH and Pos Pay exceptions, reconciliations, and fraud prevention
Investigate discrepancies and analyze cash accounts to ensure accurate reporting in the general ledger
Collaborate on month-end closing tasks, including reconciliations and general ledger adjustments
Provide support to internal and external auditors with necessary bank documents
Proactively identify issues and recommend procedural changes to optimize efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 4 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or corporate finance
Knowledge of banking processes and experience with SAP (preferably S4Hana)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze numerical data
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Clean credit history as reported by credit report
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in corporate finance or treasury-related roles
Familiarity with cash management processes and documentation practices
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience in a banking environment with a focus on fraud prevention
Strong research and resolution skills
