Role Description The Credit Analyst is a full-time, on-site role located in Worthington, MN. The role involves conducting comprehensive credit analyses for new and existing customers, evaluating financial data, preparing detailed credit reports, and providing insights to support lending decisions. The Credit Analyst will collaborate with lending officers, communicate findings effectively, and ensure adherence to lending policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit Analysis
Proven Analytical Skills for in-depth financial and data evaluation
Proficiency in Finance, including risk assessment and financial forecasting
Excellent Communication skills for clear reporting and team collaboration
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred
