About the Opportunity We are looking for a high‑impact Senior Commissions Analyst to join our Finance organization. The primary focus of this role is sales commissions and bonus calculations, payout validation, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, acts with discretion, and is self‑motivated. Accurate variable compensation payouts and the proper escalation of potential discrepancies or exception requests will lead to success within this role.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Ensure timely and accurate commission and bonus calculations on a monthly basis.
Support the plan document auditing process, ensuring accuracy of rates and targets.
Engage in ongoing reporting and analysis, validating payments and identifying trends or discrepancies.
Support Operations with modeling for commission forecasting, scenario analysis, and compensation plan updates, both during the annual planning process and throughout the fiscal year.
Maintain and streamline processes, documentation, and tools related to global commission workflows.
Help identify opportunities to improve plans for future fiscal years based on data.
Escalate requested exceptions through proper channels, including Finance, HR, and Sales.
Provide cross‑departmental support through ad‑hoc reporting or analysis as needed.
You’ll Enjoy This Role if You Have
Strong English language skills are required.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar commissions or variable compensation role, preferably within a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint).
Proficiency with CaptivateIQ.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate complex and confidential data in a concise manner.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment.
You must maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism, especially regarding conflict management and confidential data.

Posted Compensation Range The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. National Pay Range €40,375—€47,500 EUR
