Document Control Representative
collaborates directly with the department supervisor and the manufacturing department to create, maintain, and control effective work instructions and documentation in a timely manner.

What you’ll do:
Create, update, and maintain online manufacturing work instructions.
Designate/coordinate the approval path for new/changed documentation. Fast track approvals as needed.
Continually improve documentation format and content.
Contribute to a positive team working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to actively follow detailed directions written and verbal.
Strong ability to read, write, and speak English
Advanced level of proficiency in computer systems, including CAD and photo editing software
Ability to work with minimal supervision and make productive use of time
A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
Experience with Doc Control/Configuration Management Software and standard processes including file structures, release, and change control processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications
2-year Technical or Business degree
Basic Bill of Material (BOM), Component Identification, and PCBA Assembly
Documentation experience in electronics manufacturingExperience with good documentation practices
