Warehouse Team Lead – Inbound/Receiving
to guide and support our Receiving Team in our growing warehouse. You’ll help ensure our neighbors get the gear they need to make unforgettable outdoor memories – from camping and kayaking to RVing and road‑tripping.
What You’ll Do: As a Team Lead, you’ll work directly with your inbound team to:
Supervise and support daily receiving operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Lead a team of Receiving Associates to meet performance and quality goals
Oversee the offloading of deliveries and organization of the receiving dock
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of products into warehouse locations
Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and implement new solutions
Train and mentor team members through hands‑on coaching and clear communication
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment
Drive engagement, teamwork, and accountability on your shift
Who You Are:
A proactive, hands‑on leader with 1+ years of warehouse or team leadership experience
A great communicator who leads by example and builds strong team morale
Detail‑oriented and focused on safety, efficiency, and delivering high‑quality work
Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change
Comfortable using technology and warehouse equipment
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active on your feet
