NDA Attorney (26000002) The NDA Attorney works within a team setting and focuses exclusively on non-disclosure agreements for prospective transactions in accordance with an alternative asset manager client’s detailed NDA guidelines. There is considerable client and other external contact.

Salary: $120,000-$125,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.

Qualifications

J.D required.

Must be barred in NY.

3.0 cumulative GPA.

At least one year of experience with drafting and negotiating NDAs or other similar commercial agreements at a law firm or financial institution.

Ability to work extended hours as needed.

Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, assume significant responsibilities, and see multiple projects with simultaneous, competing deadlines through to their conclusion.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare written memoranda and correspondence.

Excellent oral business communication skills, including experience with making and taking phone, video, and conference calls. Direct client contact experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to grasp and learn difficult legal and commercial concepts quickly.

This position is on a hybrid schedule.
