Ganz Law Group, LLC is a boutique trusts and estates law firm seeking an experienced, self-directed paralegal to join our small, friendly office. This role offers meaningful responsibility in estate and trust administration and close collaboration with attorneys, clients, and outside professionals.

Pay:

$28–$35/hour, depending on experience and schedule

Schedule:

full or part-time option available, depending on candidate

Location:

Onsite in Natick

What You'll Do

Administer probate estates from opening through closing

Administer trusts, including document preparation, filings, and distributions

Manage multiple estate and trust matters and track deadlines

Assist with estate tax return preparation under attorney supervision

Prepare and file probate court forms and related documents

Prepare estate and trust accountings

Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties

Maintain organized electronic and physical files

What We're Looking For

At least 2–3 years of trusts and estates paralegal experience (REQUIRED)

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines

Professional, discreet, and client-focused communication style

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Experience with tax or accounting software a plus

Professional and friendly in client-facing situations

Works well independently and as part of a small team
