The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking for a Group Reservation Coordinator to join their team! At the iconic Signia by Hilton Atlanta, we are seeking a full‑time Group Reservation Coordinator to join our team! This exciting new luxury hotel is the destination for upscale hospitality, imaginative dining, and world‑class events. With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, this 976‑room property showcases the soul of Atlanta in a whole new way!
The ideal candidate for this position will possess previous hotel guest services or reservation experience, as well as training with the Hilton specific reservation system (OnQ).
Shift Pattern:
Candidates should be available to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some weekends/holidays as needed.
Pay Rate:
$21.00 per hour.

What will I be doing? As a Group Reservation Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with the sales, revenue, and front office departments in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Process group reservation information, including rooming lists, suites, resumes, and billing requirements
Communicate and verify information between meeting planners, housing bureaus, meetings and conventions, and front office
Process reservation request calls as appropriate, assisting internal and external customers
Coordinate and implement department activities and projects
Provide clerical support and assistance to management on special projects as needed
