# Shift Operative Leader - Southern Italy 2026###### Share this job opportunityWe are happy to share that we have recurrent job opportunities for passionate Engineering Graduates, as we have been permanently recruiting talents for our positions as **Shift Operative Leader** based in our plants in **Southern Italy (Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi AV or Balvano PZ)!**This will be the **starting point** of an exciting career in our dynamic and challenging **Operations function**, that will enable you to consolidate both technical and managerial skills for a **brilliant path in Ferrero**!As a **Shift Operative Leader**, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities in the areas of **Production and Human Resources management**.In this role, you will be responsible for the **preparation and start-up of the lines** in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team. You will manage the application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce. You will also assist the Production Unit Manager in drawing up his **"merit plan"**.You will bring your university Master's Degree background in Engineering or equivalent and eventually some initial experience of one or two years in other **Manufacturing companies**.You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding of **production processes and interpersonal and management skills.**Your desire for **international mobility** will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.As a good communicator, **your fluency in both Italian and English** will be key to perform in our environment.As a focal point in the production process, **you will work on shifts**.If this role sounds appealing and you would like to be part of our pool of potential candidates, do not hesitate to submit your application!
