What You’ll Do
Lead and support service department personnel, setting the tone for productivity, quality, and professionalism
Assist customers by clearly explaining service needs, repairs, and recommendations
Ensure customers are informed and confident throughout the service process
Monitor technician performance and workflow to maximize efficiency and accuracy
Hire, train, and mentor service team members to build a strong, cohesive department
Develop department goals, operating budgets, and strategies to drive growth
Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by resolving concerns quickly and effectively
Stay current on GM products, technology, and required training
What We’re Looking For
GM Certification required
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a service department (foreman or service manager level)
Strong customer-focused mindset with proven leadership skills
High school diploma or higher
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Driven, accountable, and motivated to improve processes, people, and performance
