Data Analyst – IT / Data Analyst IV

Identify and integrate new data sources by collaborating with application owners and securing appropriate access.
Perform
data integration from non-SQL systems into SQL databases , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Create and manage automated processes to maintain
data veracity, data velocity, and reliability . Define technical requirements for integrating analytics and visualization tools such as
Power BI
and
Streamlit . Design, develop, and deploy
automated Power BI dashboards
with
row-level security (RLS)
using
Active Directory
authentication. Conduct
data validation
and
KPI parity checks
against legacy reports; investigate and resolve any discrepancies or deltas. Optimize Power BI performance through
model tuning, DAX optimization, and query reduction techniques . Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including
data dictionaries, DAX/measure catalogs, refresh schedules, RLS procedures, and runbooks . Lead
knowledge transfer sessions
and provide detailed handovers to internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, IT, and Business Analytics to align deliverables with organizational goals. Required Qualifications Minimum
7+ years of relevant experience
in data analysis, data integration, and reporting. Strong proficiency with
SQL
and relational database design. Experience with
data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
from multiple structured and unstructured sources. Proven hands-on experience with
Power BI , including DAX, RLS, and performance tuning. Working knowledge of
Python, Streamlit , or related scripting/visualization tools is a plus. Deep understanding of
data governance, data integrity, and data validation principles . Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to work in a hybrid, team-based environment. Preferred Skills Experience collaborating with
Data Scientists
and
Machine Learning Engineers
on analytical and predictive projects. Exposure to
Azure ,
AWS , or other cloud data ecosystems. Knowledge of
Active Directory
integration and
enterprise data security
