Midland Adventist Academy (MAA) is searching for a dynamic and experienced principal for the 2026-2027 school year who is an exceptional academic and spiritual leader and has strong interpersonal and communication skills. MAA desires a visionary leader who is enthusiastic about Jesus and creating a school environment where students learn to love and follow Jesus and develop their talents for Him. MAA is a K-12 school with strong church and community support. MAA is part of a constituency with three churches in Johnson County and draws support from multiple churches on both the Kansas and Missouri sides of the state line.
Shawnee is located within twenty minutes of downtown Kansas City, the historic Country Club Plaza, the National World War I Museum, and the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts.
Required Experience The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree, with five or more years of teaching/administrative experience and hold appropriate denominational certification.
