Financial Systems Analyst, Senior The Financial Systems Analyst, Senior partners with corporate functions to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role leads corporate financial consolidation, reporting, and helps implement and manage the OneStream enterprise performance management (EPM) system. Responsibilities include improving financial reports, managing upgrades, and maintaining data accuracy. Additionally, the analyst creates key management reports, provides technical support, and oversees core financial planning systems, coordinating with IT for technical maintenance and upgrades.

Pay Range: $84,000.00 - $110,000.00

Responsibilities Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables

Lead the maintenance and administration of the Company's OneStream EPM tool

Assist in the preparation and distribution of annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly consolidation processes

Analyze financial processes, and the financial platform's support of these processes to help optimize the organizations approach to financial planning and reporting operations

Serve as Finance Business Partner in supporting the development of budgets and reforecasts, and provides comprehensive insight to variances in order to inform leadership and support business decisions

Provide functional and system guidance/advice and training to business partners

Prepare and present financial data and reports as requested

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education / Experience

Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field (required)

Minimum five (5) years of finance or accounting experience (required)

Knowledge base and experience should include software applications, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, QlikSense (required)

Experience with PeopleSoft and OneStream or comparable EPM system (preferred)

Skills

Strong understanding of Financial and Accounting concepts, and ability to communicate them to a diverse audience

Strategic evaluation of long-term implications of short-term decisions

Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position

Overnight travel less than 5%
