About the Role We are supporting a well‑established, international renewable energy developer as they continue to expand their

utility‑scale solar and battery storage (BESS) portfolio in Germany .

This is a key front‑end role focused on

securing land and enabling project development , working closely with development, legal, and technical teams to move projects from early‑stage identification through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate suitable sites for

utility‑scale solar and battery storage projects

Conduct high‑level

feasibility and approval assessments

Lead

negotiations with landowners and stakeholders

for land acquisition, lease, or option agreements

Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, authorities, and planning partners

Collaborate with internal development, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth project progress

Support ongoing development projects throughout the lifecycle

Apply market and industry knowledge to support pipeline growth

Your Profile

Several years of experience in

land acquisition, land negotiation, or real estate , ideally within renewables or infrastructure

Strong understanding of

site assessment and feasibility

Confident negotiator with excellent stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working independently with a high level of responsibility

Fluent in

German ; English is a strong advantage

Experience with

GIS and/or CAD tools

Willingness to travel as required
