Required Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience working in customs, international trade or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct detailed data analysis
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Experience working in SAP is a plus
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Able to work in a collaborative team environment
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Responsibilities:
Analyze and prepare US customs value reconciliation for US Entities
Analyze and prepare US customs Free Trade Agreement reconciliation for US Entities
Validate internal customs data against supplier documentation and documentation prepared by brokers
Provide support to solicitation team as needed (prepare reports / metrics, analyze discrepancies etc.)
Analyze invoices and customs documentation from suppliers to evaluate accuracy of supplier bills.
Organize CBP bills and refunds, record them in company logs
Organize documents received from CBP (such as CF28s, CF29s and Liquidated Damages) and record them in company logs
Support administrative efforts in responding to CBP requests (i.e. combining documentation, printing and mailing of responses prepared)
