What You’ll Do (Broker Excellence Standards) You’ll run your business at a high level—supported by proven systems and a strong office backbone:

Prospect for and serve buyers/sellers with professionalism and urgency

Conduct consultations, showings, listing appointments, and negotiations

Build a repeat-and-referral business through strong client experience + follow-up

Use tools and systems to stay consistent (CRM, automated keep-in-touch, video texting, market updates)

Stay sharp on contracts, compliance, and best practices (we take this seriously)

Participate in coaching/training and implement feedback quickly

Contribute to a positive, team-first office culture

Requirements

Active

Washington State Real Estate License

(or in progress—tell us where you are in the process)

Ability to work hybrid: remote flexibility + in-office collaboration

Professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to ethical practice

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Bellevue/Seattle and surrounding markets

A referral network, sphere, or past production (for experienced brokers)
