POSITION OVERVIEW
This position handles commercial, consumer, personal, real estate and SBA general loan operation.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Loan generation, funding and boarding
Prepares SBA 1086 agreement
Reviews and monitors collateral insurances.
Handles general loan servicing for all loans
Posts daily payment
Daily loan payment and charge back
Posts loan advance upon request
Submits participation payment
Balances participation payment holdover G/L
Reviews daily loan payment and charge back
Monitors tickler report and UCC continuation
Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Substantial knowledge of loan operation, servicing, trade finance operation and documentation
Expertise in LaserPro, SBA SOP and bank loan policy and procedure
Substantial knowledge of loan operation, servicing and documentation
Expertise in LaserPro, SBA SOP and bank loan policy and procedure
5-7 years of experience specific to loan operations (experience in loan documentation preferred)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Team player
Adapt well to changes
Attention to detail
Preferred EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred experience with FIS

Pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
